Traditional Home Care

Roles you can grow in

We offer a variety of roles in our non‑medical home care division so you can start where you are and grow as you gain experience.



DCW / Home Health Aides / CNAs

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, walking, and more. Some aides receive additional training to perform more complex tasks under nursing supervision.



Homemaker and Chore Workers

Help maintain a safe, comfortable home through light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping, and other household tasks.



Companions

Provide supervision and companionship for individuals who may not be safe alone, engaging them in conversation, hobbies, and community life.



Habilitation Services Staff

Support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to live safely at home and participate in their communities with comfort, independence, and dignity.
